How to Make a Loan or Visa Payment by Phone

  • Call GPOFCU’s main number at (202) 512-1067 and select Option 2.

  • Or email your callback information to info@gpofcu.org. For your security, do not include your account number or other sensitive financial information in your email.

Payment Details

  • Payments may be made by debit card or check. You must provide your financial institution’s routing number and account number.

  • Associated processing fees are waived during the COVID-19 pandemic. (Verify whether this statement is still applicable before publishing.)

  • Payments are posted to your account within 24 hours.
