Enrollment

New Users: GPOFCU members who have never enrolled in online banking must fill out the online registration form from a desktop or laptop computer.

Directions

What you will need to access Online Banking:

  1. Ensure that your current email address is on file with GPOFCU and that it is setup inside of Online Banking under User Profile.
  2. User Name is your GPOFCU Account Number.
  3. Change the Temporary Password provided to you to a new password of your choice.
    (PASSWORDS ARE CASE SENSITIVE AND MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 4 CHARACTERS AND A MAXIMUM OF 16)

SECURITY IMAGE:
Please select ONLY ONE image circle from the pictures provided. This image should appear every time you login to Online Banking from a new device.

CHALLENGE QUESTIONS:
You will be prompted to answer 4 Challenge Questions. Please make sure you keep your answers in a secure place.

DEVICE REGISTRATION:
Registering your device (cell phone‚ personal computer‚ laptop‚ tablet‚ etc.) is a simple and secure process. Once registered you will not be prompted to register the device again unless you have not logged in for awhile.

BEGIN USING ONLINE BANKING:
Once your Image is selected‚ Challenge Questions are answered and your Device is registered‚ you have successfully completed the set-up process.

You will be logged out‚ and must login in with your User Name (Account Number) and New Password.


Forgot Password Instructions:

  1. At Online Account Access login page‚ enter your User Name (Account Number) and click on Forgot Password [?].
  2. On the next screen‚ enter your Account Number again.
  3. A drop down will appear with your email address. (If you do not see an email address‚ please contact GPOFCU).
  4. You will receive a Temporary Password at the email address you selected.
    (YOU WILL ONLY HAVE 20 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE PASSWORD RESET PROCESS).
  5. Return to the Online Account Access login page‚ re-enter your User Name (Account Number) and Temporary Password‚ then login.
  6. You will be prompted to Set a Permanent Password.
  7. In the Current Password field‚ enter the Temporary Password that was emailed to you.
  8. Enter a New Password.
    (PASSWORDS ARE CASE SENSITIVE AND MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 4 CHARACTERS AND A MAXIMUM OF 16)
  9. Verify New Password.
